I’m Allan Fajardo, CEO of M&F Marble and Granite LLC. I focus on customer relations and design, working closely with each client to bring their vision to life from start to finish. With over 15 years in the industry, I’ve learned that great results come from clear communication, attention to detail, and doing things the right way the first time.
My background in design and production helps me see both the big picture and the small details that make a space stand out. Whether it’s cabinetry, countertops, or a full remodel, I take pride in creating spaces that are not only beautiful but built to last.
I’m Keith Molina, CEO and Chief Operations Officer of M&F Marble and Granite LLC. I oversee our project management and field operations, making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
I’ve spent years in the field, so I take a very hands-on approach to everything we do. I’m involved in the details—working with the crew, solving problems on-site, and making sure the final product is something we’re all proud of. For me, it’s not just about completing a project, it’s about doing it right and standing behind the work.
I take a lot of pride in keeping projects on schedule, maintaining quality, and making sure our clients feel confident throughout the entire process. Communication and accountability matter to me, and I believe that’s what builds trust over time.

Hi, I’m Andres Sanchez, a Project & Installation Specialist with over 10 years of experience in remodeling—and for the past two years, I’ve been proud to be part of this team helping bring projects to life from start to finish.
I genuinely enjoy what I do, and I think that shows in my work. Whether I’m coordinating a project, installing cabinetry, or dialing in the final details on countertops, I like to stay hands-on and make sure everything comes together the way it should. Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, which has helped me build a strong understanding of both the technical side and the overall look and feel of a space.
I’m big on details (probably more than I should be sometimes), but I also like to keep things light. Remodeling can be stressful, so I try to bring a good attitude, a little humor, and a calm approach to every job. If something needs fixing, adjusting, or rethinking—I’m on it… and probably cracking a joke while I do it.
At the end of the day, I just enjoy helping people create spaces they’re excited about. Good work, clear communication, and making the process as smooth (and maybe even a little fun) as possible—that’s what I’m all about.
